Refund policy

Scope

This policy covers paid Mindservicegrid courses (including Return Path Studio and Cohort Studio) and consultation packages such as Signal Hour and Return Map. Website browsing is free. Final commercial terms on an invoice or order confirmation prevail if they differ for a specific booking.

Eligibility and timeframe

Self-paced course purchases may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have accessed fewer than two modules and have not downloaded the full template pack. Cohort Studio seats may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the first live lab; after that, a partial refund may apply as described below.

Consultation refunds

Signal Hour sessions cancelled at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be charged in full unless we can fill the slot. Return Map packages may be refunded in full before the first working session. After the first session, a partial refund of 40% of the package fee may be issued if the second session has not occurred.

Partial refunds

For Cohort Studio, withdrawals after the first live lab but before the third may receive a 50% refund of the cohort fee. After the third lab, fees are non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

• Third-party fees expressly marked non-refundable on an invoice
• Completed one-to-one sessions
• Materials purchased as standalone downloads after download completion, except where a defect prevents use

Refund process

Email hello@mindservicegrid.digital with your name, purchase date, product name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days. We do not issue cash refunds from the Alzenau office.

Cancellation by Mindservicegrid

If we cancel a cohort or consult, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra cost.

Exceptions

Mandatory rights under German and EU consumer law remain unaffected. If a digital product is defective and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund beyond the windows above. Force majeure events may delay delivery without creating automatic refund rights if a later date is offered.
